Arson update: Lake Park man receives 5-year prison sentence

Lawrence Bartley received the five-year prison sentence as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors. The 52-year-old entered a guilty plea to second-degree theft at the Dickinson County Courthouse. His second-degree burglary, second-degree arson and possession of burglary tools charges were dismissed as part of the agreement.
