The City of Lake Park and the Lake Park Development Corporation (LPDC) are offering incentives on certain properties in downtown Lake Park.

Lake Park Town & Country Boosters
The Lake Park Town and Country Boosters is a group of individuals who work together to provide and support improvements to our community. Every year we organize Farmer's Appreciation Days on the first weekend in August. This events brings many people to our town to participate in various activities such as the parade, noon meal, free kids inflatable's and rides, family fun golf tournament, street dance and a tractor ride. All of the proceeds go back to the town of Lake Park.
Each year the Town and Country Boosters provides two $250.00 scholarships to Harris-Lake Park High School graduates. Other donations we've made include: $1,000 to the Lake Park Recreation Board for new playground equipment; $2,000 over four years to the Silver Lake Recreational Trail and $1,000 to the school for playground equipment.
There a many reasons to be apart of this rewarding group. If you are interested the cost is only $10 per person per year. We have an annual membership meeting in the Winter/Spring to go over our finances and make plans for future events.
