Join us for some fun at the Lake Park Public Library! Our theme this summer is Reading Colors Your World. We’ve lined up some fantastic shows and a fun Summer Reading Challenge!
- June 15th will be Bubbles in the Park at 2:00 pm. Great family bubble fun! City Park on the east side of the pavilion
- June 22nd will be Duke Otherwise at 1:30 pm. Duke Otherwise is a spirited performer, a skilled guitarist and captivating tap-dancer. He sings hilarious and imaginative songs that all ages will delight in together. City Park on the east side of the pavilion.
- June 29th will be Mikayla Oz at 2:00 pm. Mikayla Oz provides an interactive magic show, modern music and hilarious comedy. City Park on the east side of the pavilion.
We will also have virtual performers posted on our Facebook page throughout the month!
The Summer Reading Challenge is simple: you read books and do other fun tasks to earn prizes. Program registration has begun and you have until July 31, 2021 to collect your prizes. Just message us on Facebook, call, or stop by the library to sign up for the Summer Reading Challenge and any of the shows you would like to attend. As always, library programs and shows are FREE.
